At Planet Nusa, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your community gear. If your new activewear isn't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your items.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn products with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure a safe journey.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop and Track
Hand over your package at the nearest drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days of arrival.
